Tips to boost your immunity

There are different types of diseases all around the world but to fight those diseases our immunity plays an important role. 

I welcome you to my site. Today I will tell you some tips to boost your immunity. So, stay connected.


Tip No. 1

Take 3-5 leaves of Holy Basil(Tulsi) and 1 tsp of honey and mix them well and eat every day before 1/2 hours of doing breakfast. (For children as well as adults)

Tip No. 2

If you are an adult take 1 cup of water and start heating it. Now add 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 inch of ginger, and some holy basil leaves (tulsi) and some green tea leaves and boil for 2-3 minutes and Serve hot.
