Today is a very special day, The first day of Navratri and I am making besan ke laddoo at home. So, I thought to share the recipe with you.

This recipe is made by using ghee and if you compromise in adding ghee then the laddoos will not taste as amazing as when we add ghee in the right amount.

Besan Laddoo


This recipe is very easy to make and also very tasty. So, let's start our recipe.

Ingredients:-

- 1/2 cup Besan

- 4-5 tbsp ghee 

- 1 tsp turmeric powder

 - 1/3 cup powdered sugar

- 5 almonds, cashew nuts, and pistachios (optional)

How to make it?

1) Take a pan and add 4 tbsp ghee to the pan start heating it.

2) Add the besan after the ghee melts.

3) Stir the besan continuously till it gets slightly brown in color. After 5 minutes add the turmeric powder and mix all the ingredients well.

4) Turn off the flame transfer the mixture to a bowl and keep it aside till it cools down completely.

5) Chop the cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios, powdered sugar and add it to the mixture and mix it well.

6) Take small portions of the mixture and make small balls of the desired size.

Your tasty besan laddoos are ready. Garnish it with some cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios and enjoy.
