Today I am going to tell you the amazing recipe for bread buns. These buns can be used to make burgers as well as paw used in paw bhaji or vada paw.

Assembling all the ingredients to make the dough:

- 1 cup all-purpose flour (Maida)

- 1 Tsp Sugar

- 1/2 Tsp baking powder

- 1/4 tsp baking soda

- 6-8 tbsp of sour curd 

- 2 tsp cooking oil

- Salt (as per taste)

- 1 tbsp water (If required)

How to knead the dough?

1- Take a bowl and add the Flour, Salt, Sugar, Baking powder, and baking soda, oil and mix them well. 

2- Add the curd and knead it to make a soft dough.

3. Apply some oil on the kneaded dough and cover it with a soft cloth and keep it aside for at least 40 minutes.

*Note-

1. Knead the dough for at least 10-15 minutes for the best results because we are using curd instead of yeast.

2. If you have enough time then keep the dough for 2-3 hours. It will give you the best results.

 Making Process:

1. After 2 hours (The time you have kept the dough aside.) knead it once again for 2-3 minutes.

2. Cut the dough in 2 equal parts and make a ball out of it.

3. Place the dough in a baking tray and bake it till the upper layer gets light brown in color.

4. Check the dough by piercing a needle.

5. Your buns are ready.
