You will be amazed to know that every type of pasta tastes very awesome. So, without wasting any more time let's get straight into the recipe.
Ingredients:-
- 2 cup Pasta - 1 liter of water - 3 medium-sized tomato - 4-5 Kashmiri Red chilli - 10-12 garlic cloves - 1/4 cups walnut ( optional) - 1/2 medium-sized Capsicum - 1 tsp oregano - 1 tsp Maggi masala - Salt(as per Taste) - 2 tbsp oil
How to make it?
1) Take a container and add 1 liter of water and allow it to boil. When the water starts boiling add 2 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil and now add the pasta. Keep stirring the pasta at certain intervals of time.
2) After some time take out one pasta and check it if it is boiled by breaking it. If the Pasta breaks easily and you cannot feel any hardness then the pasta is ready. Drain the water and keep it aside.
3) Take the tomatoes and cut them into 4 equal portions and soak the chillies in lukewarm water for at least 20 minutes.
4) After 20 minutes take the tomatoes, garlic and chillies in a mixer bowl and grind them to make a fine paste. Sieve and throw the residue and keep it aside on a plate.
5) Take a pan and add some oil and add the capsicum and fry it for about 30 seconds. Now add the tomato paste made in the above step and fry it for a minute.
