Today's recipe is a very small but interesting recipe. Today I am going to make roasted masala. This masala can be used in raitas, dahi vada, panipuri's aloo/potato mix as well as the meetha and teekha pani and in many more other recipes.
So, without wasting any time let's start our recipe.
Ingredients:-
- 1 tsp jeera
- 2 dry red chillies
- 1 tsp saunf
- 1 tsp gota dhania
- 5 phoran
How to make it?
1) Take a pan and add all the masala and roast them for 2-4 minutes.
2) Let them cool down for some time and then grind them using a mixer-grinder.
Your roasted masala is ready. Keep this masala in air tight container and you can use it in different dishes.
