Today I am going to make Veg Fried Rice in the indo-Chinese style. This recipe is going to be very tasty and easy. You can make the recipe in less than 15 minutes if all the ingredients are ready.

So, let's start making our Veg Fried Rice 😄.
Ingredients required:-
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 green chilli
- 4 cloves of garlic(chopped)
- 1/2 inch ginger(chopped)
- 4 beans
- 1/2 small carrot
- 1/4 medium-sized capsicum/bell pepper
- Salt (as per taste)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp green chilli sauce
- 1/2 tsp red chilli sauce
- 1/2 tsp dark soya sauce
- Chopped spring onion (optional)
How to make it?
1) Take a bowl and add 3-4 cups of water and add the basmati rice.
2) Wash the rice 2-3 times to get starch-free, non-sticky rice. Soak the rice for 20 minutes in normal water.
3) After 20 minutes take a pan and add 3 cups of water and start heating it. When the water starts boiling add 2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp lemon juice.
4) Now add the rice to the boiling water and give it a nice stir. Boil the rice for 2-4 minutes till they become soft and you can break them easily.
(Do not over boil the rice)
5) Chop all the vegetables into small pieces.
6) Take a pan and let it heat for 1 minute in high flame. Now add 1 tbsp oil and butter.
7) Add the ginger, garlic, and green chillies and give it a quick stir.
8) Now add all the vegetables and stir them continuously on high flame.
9) Add the salt, black pepper, tomato sauce, green chilli sauce, red chili sauce, and soya sauce, and give it a good mix.
10) Now add the boiled rice to the pan and mix them well.
11) Garnish it with some chopped spring onions.
Your easy and tasty veg Fried Rice is ready. Serve it hot with some Manchurian, Paneer/Chicken chilli.

1) Always cook Chinese recipes on high flame.
2) Lemon juice is used to make the rice non-sitcky.
